FS Engineering (formerly Floan-Sanders, Inc.) has recently changed the way we provide information on current projects. All Planholder lists, bid results, addendums, etc. can be found by clicking on the link at the right. We made the switch because it is cheaper for us and for contractors to get information this way than by having us print out documents at our office.
This link will provide information on all current FS Engineering projects. You will need to enter the Quest project number, which you can find in parentheses after the project name. This gives you full access to the advertisement for bid, current planholders, and project information.
If you would like to download a project's plans and specifications in order to bid, you must become a free member of the QuestCDN.com website. (Click on the link at the right if you are not yet a free member.) You can then download the plans and specs for any project for approximately $20 each, depending on the size of the project.
If you would prefer to have FS Engineering print the documents for you, the cost is listed in the ad for bid and varies by project (but will be more expensive than the website option).
