Our employees use creativity and sound logic in finding solutions for our clients and are empowered to make decisions in the best interest of our customers. The following is a brief introduction to some of our key personnel.
	Partners
		Greg Boppre, PE is the President of FS Engineering and has been working in the Engineering and Surveying fields since 1979. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. He serves as Project Manager for all projects in the City of East Grand Forks and provides guidance to staff working on projects in other communities.
		Brad Bail, PE is the Secretary-Treasurer of FS Engineering and has been working in the Engineering field since 1989. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with degrees in both Civil Engineering and Computer Science.
		Steve Emery, PE is the Vice-President of FS Engineering. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and has been working in the field since 1996. He serves as the Lead Design Engineer for most of our projects outside of East Grand Forks.
	Key Design and Construction Personnel
		Mark Anderson is our Senior Engineering Technician at FS Engineering and has been with our firm since 1983. He received his professional AutoCAD training from the Area Vocational Technical Institute in Thief River Falls as well as Professional Microstation Training from CAD/CAM Engineering Systems Incorporated in Eagan, MN. He is responsible for plan drafting, design, construction design, on-site verification, document research, inspection, mapping and 3-D modeling and rendering.
		Randy Iverson has been working as a draftsman and construction inspector since 1972. He has extensive experience in drafting and construction inspection on a variety of civil engineering projects.
		Tom Stenseth has been with FS Engineering since 1992 and serves as our Lead Construction Inspector on a variety of engineering Projects. Tom is certified in MNDOT Grading and Base I and II, Concrete Field Testing Levels I and II, Bituminous Pavement Inspection Levels I and II, and Aggregate Production.
	Professional Surveyors
		Pat Krug, RLS has been a professional land surveyor since 1980 and has been with FS Engineering since 1986. He is registered in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota and is proficient in the use of GPS Survey Equipment. His extensive experience includes surveying for most of the major projects in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks, including the Ralph Engelstad Arena, the Alerus Center, and the US Army Corps of Engineers $412 Million Flood Protection Project.
	Administrative Professionals
		Erin Johnson is the Office Manager at FS Engineering and graduated with a degree in Managerial Finance and Accounting from UND in 2005. Her duties involve all aspects of office management, including accounting, human resources, and insurance planning.
		Kellie Rygg has 20 years of experience as a Secretary/Receptionist, including 6 years as a legal assistant, and started as the Administrative Assistant in our East Grand Forks office in 2006.
		Christi Stonecipher graduated from the University of North Dakota with a double major in Marketing and Management. She has over 10 years of experience working in project coordination and communications on large public projects, as well as 8 years experience marketing for small businesses. She has served as the Marketing Director for FS Engineering since 2003.
		Jerry Skyberg started with FS Engineering in 2009 and has 28 years of experience working for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, primarily serving as the City's Building Official. He also served as the City's Director of Flood Recovery after the historic 1997 flood.
