FS Engineering is the primary civil engineer for most of the new residential development in the City of East Grand Forks.  We have also completed subdivisions of various sizes for other communities in Northwestern Minnesota.  The work involves the necessary surveying, layout, and utility design for each subdivision.

The Water's Edge Subdivision is one of the premiere examples of our work in this area.  Located in and around the Valley Golf Course in East Grand Forks, Water's Edge includes 62 large lots, most of which back onto the golf course.  FS Engineering staff completed the design and layout for the subdivision in 2004.
